We initiate the title process with a local title company or closing attorney’s office. They do a title search to confirm there is clear title. Once there is confirmation of clear title, we transfer the funds to an escrow account managed by the title company. The title company sends you the funds, either wire transfer or cashier’s check. Timeline: The entire process from beginning to end takes about 3-4 weeks
  • What does receiving a purchase agreement mean?
    A purchase agreement marks the beginning of the closing process. After both buyer and seller sign it, we forward it to a local title company to manage the closure and payment. You'll receive your payment either by check or bank wire.
